WILLARD WIGAN’S MICRO WORLD
We visited the amazing micro-artist Willard Wigan at his studio in Birmingham to make a video portait for german news magazine Die Welt. For more than fifty years now he creates extremely small scultures that are invisible to the naked eye (and my camera lens). Actually he holds the Guinness World Record for the smallest hand-made sculpture called “Golden Journey”: a motorcycle placed inside a hollowed-out piece of Wigan’s own stubble.
